We'll use free weights, kettlebells, bands, body weight and MovNat (moving naturally) movement lifting some cool natural things like rocks and logs. About 100 dancers meet and dance every Saturday. Come at 7:30 for a beginner/intermediate lesson. Dancing goes from 8:30 to 11:00.
