This is a group for busy people who like to walk for exercise but need some motivation to get up and do it! If you are like me, you need walking buddies and a regular walking schedule! Right now we are offering a fast walk where we get in about 3.5 miles in an hour, and a slower walk where we cover about 2.0 miles. The fast walk is Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 PM. This is a group for beginner to intermediate runners. We meet each Saturday morning at 8:30am outside the gym, Overtime Fitness (1625 N. Shoreline Blvd. Mountain View). We then walk & do active stretching as we make our way to the Stevens Creek Trail (at La Avenida). Our run is usually just a little over 3 miles at around a 9:45 pace.
